I'm running again, after 15 years of knee pain that limited me to walking, after a few sessions of dry needling with Josh Cheng.nnAt age 44 I developed persistent knee pain, after 30 years of regular jogging and a lot of team sports. After an x-ray, a sports physio told me I had osteoarthritis and just to manage it. 15 years later, on a recommendation from a GP who suspected a different problem, I went to Josh Cheng. After a few sessions of dry needling, my legs and knees have recovered their former flexibility and bounce. Persistent and sudden leg cramps are also gone. I've started running again, and the knee pain is gone. I am amazed, having figured I'd never run again. Josh has worked wonders. Clearly his treatment worked for whatever I had (I do have a minor amount of osteoarthritis, since confirmed by an MRI, but it was not the cause of the problem). Josh has a warm and courteous manner, very professional. Highly recommended.

My first visit recently was a great experience, looking forward to my next visit in January 2021 with Josh who is an excellent podiatrist.

Made appointment and following day received an unsolicited message on my mobile phone from Azure health. No idea who they were and they wanted me to fill in a form via an app on my phone!....Apparently they operate on an opt out option..but should be opt in and should be explained at booking who Azure health are.
