Just saw the dr this morning. Very professional conduct, thorough investigations and doesn't over service. To the point assessment and honest in his determinations. I would recommend him.

Terrible experience, Dr Hayes was very judgmental, couldn't hear me clearly due to a hearing condition and caused me more pain with my whiplash as he came around and moved my head very suddenly. Would definitely not recommend him.

Felt very dismissed. He did not let me discuss all my symptoms and locations of pain. Did not answer direct questions. He made some comments about my body that he did not clarify when indirectly questioned. Would not recommend
