great customer service....nit was busy with Lottery and shop side but very efficient service.The guy was working on both side to keep customer service. I was just dropping off my parcel... very friendly staff. really impress with speed and accuracy of transaction. . Highly Recommended.. like the Jigsaw for sale 2 for $30....

These guys do a top notch job. A solid store that takes care of you deliveries as best they know how. And they haven't skipped a beat with us and our high volume of daily shipments passing through the store. Happy, pleasant staff, whether it's a one of query or bucket loads of parcels. Keep up the great work people!!!

the staff are useless. went to collect parcel. two people checked name to make sure it was the correct person even gave them ID and was given the wrong parcel. I was not happy and when they asked me to come back. I said I don't drive. I just spent $30 dollars in taxi fare to collect it. advice to store holders check names correctly before handing goods over to right person.

There's a few negative reviews here, which I don't understand. The guy I usually deal with is always friendly and helpful. Been using this outlet for about 4 years, and it's always been good. I could be a bit biased though, as I've just picked up a $1000+ lottery winning
