I have been using this post office for quite some time now. Never had a package go missing, always received my goods in fine and working order. Staff have always gone above and beyond for me, I understand they can be blunt and straight to the point at times as the other reviews mention, however I think those 1 or 2 star reviews are just left from soft minded people. They are great here and do their jobs effectively.
By far the worst post office I've ever attended & I work as a delivery driver. Rudest counter staff who made a simple parcel collection such a chore. Not sure if she was incompetent or just being difficult. I'm all for employing the elderly but if you're so unhappy in your work then leave.nOur business will be directed elsewhere from now on

I have used this post office for a number of years and they are wonderful every time. It is really the only Australia Post shop I will trust with my business, they're friendly, professional people and they have ap bit of a laugh with you which is so important these days.
