Utterly excellent job carried out by Bill! My laptop looks even better than original after repair. It was basically new, but the LCD hinges were completely cracked and scattered. I came to Bill and he pinpointed the cause of the issue, design failure. Within the same day I left my laptop, Bill fixed it by sort of re-designing or strengthening using special materials and techniques. I srongly recommend all laptop users with the same or similar issue, come to Bill for fixing the issue. Good Luck!
Bill really saved the day. Fixed my laptop hinge issue and went out of his way to get extra parts and tools without extra charge! Best of all the initial service price was honored although some extra work required.
