Was on the phone for 20 minutes then put through to wrong person then cut off . But its the same everywhere know hard to get to speak to a person . And one that wants to help

Very hard to contact by phone, just kept getting passed on to different departments without being helped with problems. 2hrs on hold.

Landline doesn't redirect to sales just cuts the call. Very unprofessional

do not get insurance with qbe- horrible service and do not want claims paid
