Absolutely terrible service and incompetent. I needed to cancel a policy due to a vehicle sale. It took many emails and phone calls to reach them. It then took several months to process, and more paperwork and bungles. The insurance was financed and even though they assured me it had been cancelled a whole month later it debited from my account overdrawing it. Just today I received a credit note from the finance company and it is several hundred dollars less than what should be refunded due to sale...waiting to see where this mistake lies...with Marsh or the financing company.
