I heard about Scalp Revival and Jackson through word of mouth from another Barber in Sydney. After calling around and doing my research Jackson introduced me to scalp micro pigmentation therapy, prior to this I only knew about micro blading for the scalp. Jackson is great all round. A great communicator and takes his time out to explain the pros and cons and actually gives you his time so all your questions are answered. You rarely find this type of customer care. I was referred to Jackson at Scalp Revival by a friend who had some work done by him and after seeing his results I did not hesitate to give Jackson a call and arrange my first consultation. Right from the outset Jackson sent me all the information I needed to make an informed decision as well as linking me to his portfolio of work he had done for other customers so I could see what was possible. Throughout the entire process Jackson was happy to answer any questions that I had and offered his professional opinion. In my first SMP session Jackson took the time to discuss what style I was looking to achieve and spent a good part of that session getting the hairline right. What followed from there was 2 further SMP sessions to achieve the perfect result. Jackson constantly reviewed the progress of his work throughout the sessions and provided the after care necessary to achieve the desired results. Jackson continually checked in with me to ensure I was happy with what he was creating which I'm am glad to say is a work of art which has ultimately changed my life and put a spring back in my step. Scalp revival have done an amazing job with my smp. I was a difficult case- having quite fair hair- I was really cautious about getting it done but am really glad that I did. It looks totally natural. Jackson really knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone considering doing this..you won’t regret it!
