Genuinely one of the best and most helpful customer service experiences I have ever had. I had like a thousand probably very annoying questions, but Victoria answered in a way that was comprehensive as well as reassuring, and I ended up very happy with my purchase. Will buy from here again!

Item ETA 1 week, placed my order and confirmed ETA with store.nnAfter 1 week, nothing. I call the store and after 10 days they tell me there is no ETA for my order, possibly 3+ months. I ask for a refund because no ETA, criminals will only refund after a surcharge $35 surcharge.nnGet ready to lodge a chargeback with your CC when shopping with these guys.

This is a very bad experience of shopping that I have never had before. The website showed me the item is ‘in stock’ but it’s actually not when I paid. They have never actively updated any news for me until I asked them. I finally asked for cancel my order after I have waited my items for about a month. It took me around a week to make sure they accepted to cancel my order. Now ten days passed again without any thing happened. My order status is still ‘pre-order’ and I don’t know when my money will back.
