First appointment was OK however I didn't receive very good advice on maintaining a new colour I'd chosen. The cut I had done felt pretty basic and not much different to when I came in. After my colour didn't hold and washed out after a week I showed her pictures and tried to book in to get it fixed. Jess just kept telling me she was booked up. I had to go on the website and show her an available appointment that I could make. She booked that in but then tried to charge me for a full colour redo because I had to wait over a month to get the appointment. In the end she sold me her shampoo and conditioner at full price (and hadn't ordered the sample pack I'd asked about) and topped up my coloured conditioner. I felt I had no other choice as I didn't want to pay for the colour again. I found her quite unprofessional and wasnt very happy with the service she provided.
