Sandon Point

Lovely park with plenty of green space overlooking the beach. There isn’t much shade, just a couple of big trees so good idea to bring some sort of pop up shade or parasol.nnIt’s a little less crowded that the beach and a really great spot for a picnic and family and friends to gather.nnRoom to fly kites and for ball sports.nnStreet parking available with no meter as well as car park near surf club. It does get pretty full on sunny warm days though.

Its fine

Beautiful spot to sit and view the escarpment and watch any surfers. There are great rock pools to explore and an easy walk down via the stairs. Another plus was the nearby Toilets at the SLS Block .

Lovely ocean side park

Clean toilets. Not too crowded. Beautiful picnic area. And the kids could have stayed in the rock pools forever!
