The lady who owns it I believe is just plain rude. She's very aggressive and over the top in her approach and explanation of things. I actually left in tears. I ended up going down to a wonoona hair salon that were so friendly and did what I asked for with a decent price too. Getting your hair done is suppose to be a relaxing experience and I am pregnant and really was looking forward to having my hair done to make me feel great and I will never ever go back due to her poor attitude.
