Lovely customer service, was phone as my address was not registering for postage, and was quickly resolved by their lovely employee. Had an email that the product had been shipped and I’m more than excited to test it out!!
Buying from aquatech has been a genuinely pleasant experience. Quality of design and manufacturing really matters when you’re putting your beloved camera in environments they aren’t designed to normally go. But for me, what’s been better than the products has been the customer service and support I’ve received from Eden in the aquatech team. She’s handled all (and there’s been a lot!) of my emails in a timely, professional manner and I am beyond grateful. If you’re thinking about buying from aquatech, go ahead - you won’t regret it!
