Good products but staff need to be friendly more

Rang 4 times, went through process of pressing the obligatory number on phone, for each one I tried I waited 4 minutes for no response, gave up and spent $1000 at JB HiFi.

Always exceptional customer service, I have found that nothing is ever a problem for any of the staff to drop what they are doing and help you out.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Every time I have been here whether I’m picking up a click and collect or just getting some things, I have had the WORST Customer service. The staff are so fkn rude and must just hate their jobs so much they don’t care how they treat customers.
