There's great depth of knowledge and even though it's in an industrial estate, you can play some beautiful Kawai pianos in the showroom. All up a great experience and worth a stop if you are looking to buy a new piano.

Gerald at Bond and Davies piano has been exceptionally helpful with me as I was attempting to purchase the Kawai ES8. I'd been looking for this piano in every store across Australia and Gerald appeared to hold the last one. I was keen to purchase it, however, rather than simply selling me model he advised me that the next model (Kawai ES920) would be released shortly. I appreciated his honesty with this and he also communicated regularly throughout the process, giving me updates on the ES920 status, which was very helpful. Great service.

They are very unprofessional and won't bother to fix pianos that were not purchased from them. They won't even let you know they won't do it. They will just waste your time.nHorrible service. There are so many better, professional and reliable piano sellers in this area. Why bother with this seller?
