I went here today after having felt unimpressed by the last hairdresser I went to in Dapto, and was left feeling very happy with my cut and colour.nMichael is friendly and helpful with what you're after.nI will be going back again. I'm so glad I found them.

After Months between haircuts and a recent move from Sydney I was recommended by a local lady to book ahead and come to Sacred Hair & Beauty House. I'm happy to say I was delighted with the professional services and resulting hair pamper experience. Having difficult hair to manage I'm happy to say I was made to feel at ease and will visit again.

Today I walked out of Sacred Hair and Beauty House feeling amazing. I showed Amie a picture of a colour and cut and she came through with the goods 100%. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Amie for making an exhausted girl feel amazing you are fabulous and I will def be back.

Had an appointment as a new client for full head of foils on Thursday 4th February at 11am. Arrived 15 minutes early. Mentioned to hairdresser that I needed to be out by 2pm for school pick up. Felt like I had said wrong thing as she didn't even talk to me for the whole treatment from start to finish. or greet me when I arrived. Felt very uncomfortable and just wanted it finished. Lady who was doing my hair had inapprpriate conversations with apprentice infront of me regarding personal life and swearing too. Will not be back, very disappointed in service

Staff are rude, didn’t greet when l arrived and left me unattended for some time before one of the hairdressers finally came and spoke to me. I understand salons can be busy but it doesn’t take much effort to say hello how are you, l’ll be with you in a few minutes thank you for waiting.. In terms of their hair package they increased the price to suit them on the day even when l told them l had a budget over the phone. Being misquoted several times and getting told my hair will be more expensive because it’s dark but you can clearly see that the colour lifts pretty easily, as l have an existing balayage with blonde streaks through it. Told them what l wanted done with my hair on the phone so they were aware but when I got there they said it’d take too long and l had to reschedule when l only arrived 10minutes late ( l called up to give them a heads up) I didn’t bother rescheduling since they didn’t make a great lasting impression at first go. l would recommend going elsewhere, where you will receive service that are more honest and professional that are worth your money.
