Waited close to an hour for a hair cut, asked if I could quickly go to the bathroom and still keep my place in the queue; the dresser said that was fine. Came back and someone took my spot and was not informed. It would've been polite if they told me, 'sorry you were gone so we gave your spot to someone else' they were happy to just let me sit there stupidly. Poor service

They do no appointments, even if for a regular trim.nnArtificialnnThe plaza needs a new hairdresser company in the plaza.nnIm in my 20s and they gave me a OLD fashion style cut for a 60 or 80 old.nnNot condsiderate thoughtful .NOT RECCOMMENDED. !!!!
