I gave Peter my data to recover after a Microsoft update wiped my computer. While he was able to recover my data, the data was ultimately lost permanently. While I can appreciate accidents happen, it took me months of following up and many messages, texts and phone calls to get an answer as to what actually happened.nnI rate them poorly not for their mistake but for there lack of professionalism in handling the issue.
I handed my PC over to Peter , he absolutely handled all of my issues i was having. I handed the pc over prior to other companies , and high end people such as An Tran. But Peter prevailed , he gave me the best customer support and really took the time to explain the issues to me. Im now a happy gamer and my pc is running better then ever!
