What a wonderful experience at Haylo!nnThis was my first time at this hairdresser, I went in looking for a specialty curly hair cut. I got way more than I expected. I got a complete tutorial in the curly girl method, learning finally what is best for managing my gorgeous curls. I was dealt with by almost all of the staff members from the owner to the trainee, they are a real team who offer valuable input no matter who is sitting in the chair based on their own issues and experiences with curly hair.nnI had a three hour appointment which included the tutorial, a curl by curl cut (yes you heard right, one curl at a time!!), final wash, wash, treatment and then style which had my curls looking like they probably did when I was a little girl! Very very happy I bought all the products and am very much enjoying using them! Thanks Hayley and the team you guys are all amazing!!

Have taken my child here twice for a curly haircut. The first time was amazing- they cut each individual curl, ensuring the perfect cute ringlets remained. This is exactly what I thought the ‘curly’ hair experience was all about! The second time the cut was like any other hairdresser- combed the hair up and cut across. Some curls on top remain but devastatingly sides and back curls are gone and it is growing out quite blunt where the cuts occurred. Quite upsetting, and may as well go to a non-curly hair specialist.

Okay if you're a curly haired chica and hate the hairdresser GO HERE!nI've always walked out of haircuts holding back tears and after going here I let them fall because this is the first time I've had a good hair cut. Ever. I felt listened to, and two weeks down the track I'm loving my curls even more. They took it slowly, walked me through everything they did and they seriously know their curls.nThank you girls, I am super grateful xx

They are excellent! Hayley definitely knows how to cut curly hair and her magic is to know the way it is going to grow. They are very responsible and teach you how to take care of your hair. It was an absolute pleasure to trust my new look to them. Thank you very much for a lovely experience. I will be back.
