Kat did an amazing job i ssked for a cut and colour she listened to what i wanted and results are amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed with my visit here this week. The colour was incorrect, the roots did not look coloured at all and the staff didn’t seem to care about customer service. At one point I sat with wet hair whilst the staff were in the back room chatting and socialising, oblivious to me sat in the store on my own. The communication limited and when the hairdresser did ask me questions she was bored and uninterested with any response. I have wasted my money here as the colour needs fixing and redoing. Disappointed is an understatement.
