Bad customer service!! Was about to walk in for a haircut and noticed the roller door was half way. When I asked what time the shop closes i was told 5pm. It was 4.25pm on a Thursday night. The lady said sorry and then proceeded to close the roller door.nThis has happened twice this week.nNot a good look for the business!

Loved the experience ! Very professional, high quality and caring approach. More than happy with matching my desired colour to the final result. Ronai and Kiara must be commended for their friendliness and expertise :-)

The staff here are 100% dedicated to their job. The owner, Ronai, just had a baby and had to come in as her manager Amanda broke her arm on the weekend, alas, she also came in. Gay gave me insightful advise as she & Ronai coloured my hair. It didn't turn out the colour I wanted. I returned for 'a wash and blowdry treat' alas, when I informed Ronai that my hair was too yellow and not SILVER blonde, the whole tone of conversation changed. I returned to have a toner put in my hair to rectify the bad colour job. There was no shampoo nor blowdry, and the experience left me feeling bad.nNor did Ronai show up or tell staff what had happened, it all turned out rather badly, and I felt terrible for complaining.nAlso, my brows were waxed and tinted, all I can say about that is NEVER AGAIN!nThank you all for making my 1ST visit pleasant.

I’m in love with this place since Ronai and Michelle have taken over. Those two woman have to be the sweetest, kindest most loving people I’ve met in such a long time! They dealt with my issue that the previous owner dropped the ball on. They most definitely didn’t have to, they could of just said to me sorry we’ve bought the business, it’s ours now and you’ll have to take your issue up with the previous owner but they didn’t. It was also an expensive mistake that they took on to fix and I really couldn’t be more greatfull that they did. They’ve always been so welcoming going into the salon. They take their time to listen to whatever it is I want and even on those days I have no idea or have twenty different ideas. They help fit me in last second when I need something. Honestly they’re the most down to earth, humble people that’ll go above and beyond to put a smile on your face. Amanda, their staff member, she’s amazing at tape hair extensions and colours as well. They’re all really honest with whatever it is. Whether it’s something they don’t think will work out as you want or they won’t tell you they can do something that they won’t deliver on. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place and these woman more.
