Absolutely atrocious service by funeral director David.nnDisgusting that on a day of mourning that David feels appropriate to pander to family politics.nnWould not recommend, in fact would throughly recommend avoiding.

Kylie and the staff at Hansen and Cole Kembla Grange provided great compassion and support during the very difficult time following my beloved Mother's death.nWords fail me to express the extreme gratitude and peace our family feels following their wonderful, above and beyond, efforts to ensure that my darling Mother was given the dignity and respect she deserved before, during and after her funeral.nTheir kind words and actions brought my family great comfort, and while very sad at Mum's passing, Kylie helped ease the great pain and grief by attending to so many details, sparing us from these additional responsibilities.nOur eternal gratitude is yoursnThank you ♥

Great facilities, but the converted club still needs more work to improve the acoustics in the chapel. Other spaces are very welcoming.
