Had hair cut and color here, Yuta's service was exceptional! Although I was the last customer of the day, he took the time to make sure everything was perfect for me. In the end, he also taught me how to care and style my new hair cut. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended!

There is no receptionist, so I cannot get hold of anyone to make or confirm appointments. It is very inconvenient and I am tired of calling them many times until the hairdresser answers my phone call. It is a substandard service.

A male staff who claimed himself as a supervisor did not ask me to remove the necklace and as a consequence, my necklace was stained and no longer I can wear it. He has no respect to his own shop and some words he slipped out were pretty disrespectful about customers. No reason to go back again.
