I bought a grand piano in July 2020, I paid over the phone, and it took me more than two months to get the invoice. I had to call them many times to ask for that invoice.nnThe piano came in with a severe crack on the right frame. I had to call them multiple times to get that crack checked; once it was checked, I then have to wait for centuries. One staff even said that it was JUST a cosmetic issue.nnI stopped calling them because it was so frustrated to be ignored. This is unacceptable and discourteous.nnIt is a shame that this happens in a reputable piano store.

I visited this place because someone I trust told me they were good people. Unfortunately they were not around so I’ll have to go back. And I’m looking forward to this.nnTheir replacement was a absolute passionate musician and music lover (mélomane as we say in my home country). He was also very welcoming and gave me a very good feel for this place.nnOn the piano selection they have a wide range. I think the coolest part (at least from my point of view) is their wide range of premium quality used pianos. I think if you are in the market for that it is a place worth visiting regularly as their stock vary.
