I've just returned from Inch Bondi and can safely say it's the best experience I've ever had at a hairdressers. Atmosphere is great, the advice, experience and result I got from the colourist Lulu was amazing and she was genuinely interested in how it came out. A real pride in her work, also brilliant conversation! Overall I'm thrilled with my cut and colour and Yui and Lulu were fantastic at their jobs. The added touches of a hand massage and head message were fab. I feel like a queen. Thank you!

I had a really bad experience here. I got a colour - balayage... and a blow dry. This was over a month ago. The highlights are all around the back of my head and none around the front, so much so I didn’t wear my hair straight for a couple of weeks because it looked weird. The staff were so distracted by putting in their drinks orders from the bottle shop ready to go to a party... that when I got the blow dry on my naturally super curly hair it wasn’t even smoothed. Just roughly dried as quickly as possible. I questioned this when I paid nearly $300 for a frizzy mess and a colour I am getting corrected this week.nnI emailed Inch when I got home and my girlfriends commented on my colour and blow dry and I straightened my hair over and over again before going out. They replied via email asking for my number so they could call me. I’ve not received a call. I’ve sent them an email each week to get in touch as I at least deserve a refund on the non-existent blow dry but no one is responding.nnDon’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. They don’t care about customer satisfaction.

I live around the corner and Have been coming here for more than a year as it is convenient. Staff is constantly changing so you never know who is going to cut your hairs and if it will be good or not. Water temperature is definitely something they should work on. They are supposed to give you a 10$ discount when you booked from one appointment to the next one but they never do it. Overrated and over priced

Jasmine did an amazing job with my hair!!! she and Hailey know what to do with my hair once they look at it! i wanted to keep my hair honey colour and after i have gone to many other salons where they bleached my hair and wanted $300+ for torturing me for about 2hours. i would go to Inch only from now on and im willing to go whenever they can fit me! the hairdressers are very friendly, the salon is beautifully designed small business but it is the best place I've been to. thanks girls for amazing work!! :)
