I feel like the haircut was decent and the customer service was good, however, I don’t really know if they understood anything that I said as some of my questions were not answered but I understand that its just because the language issues. The staff did pretty decent job and the owner was sweet. The only thing I felt was that they may need to handle the hair a bit softy as i felt they were a bit harsh with it and two ladies were blow drying my hair where one had high temperature while the other had low. Anyways, I would say you should give it a try.

The place is okay, reasonable price and fairly efficient. And I do like that hairdressers all wear masks. My main issue is that I tend to end up with shorter hair than what I asked for. Doesn't matter how many times I say or show them how much I want cut off the top. To be fair I have the same issue with other hairdressers as well. Maybe I need to start showing them a picture of my ideal hair length.

I did my keratin treatment here.nRight after it was finished, my hair felt greasy and coarse, it looked shiny because of so much time she spent on styling my hair but when I touched it, nothing closer to silky or smooth, it was like my shampoo wasn't washed properly and they applied keratin product and ironed my hair. And this is the only time my hair ended up like that after keratin treatment.nMaybe the keratin product didn't suit my hair thus time but still way overpriced for the service being provided.

I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. I walked in today wanted to get my hair dyed. Not sure if it’s because of the hairdresser lady didn’t understand my intention. She kept on telling me my hair is too red, it can’t be bleached otherwise it would be damaged. I was aware of the condition of my hair because I walked in several weeks ago, and the boss told me he can do the colour I wanted. The lady made me feel very embarrassed about my hair in front of other customers, because I came here to seek service to make my hair looks better, not to hear judgment about the condition of my hair. Maybe it was poor communication because of language barrier, I guess don’t go unless you speak their language.

Extremely disappointed. They made my hair mess and made my shirt bleach. I spent more than $400 for colouring. Let me explain what exactly happened .they bleached my hair 2 times that time hair dresser almost forgot me bcz too busy . Finally washed my hair . Colour wasn't good enough and they bleached again . My hair is falling down . I thought Korean hairdresser r good .but now I'm thinking they r the worst . Can't speak proper English . Too expensive.im not satisfied my hair . My shirt totally gone . Covered with bleach.
