The staff takes forever to forward referral letters. Drs. might never call to discuss any test results and never follow up without you doing all the work. You need to follow up your medical condition by calling pathwest, Radiologists etc. Otherwise you would not even know what is wrong with you, or you pay for extra appointments just to be told about test results. It took forever to get feedback about my kids vaccination schedule, never mind anything else. Very unprofessional staff.

Have always found the staff at St Lukes pleasant and helpful. If you are really sick they will always fit you in. Sometimes the wait is long but the doctors spend as much time with you as needed so it is what it is. Best to book a long appt if you know you will take a longer time it helps everyone. There is a happy atmosphere in this waiting room😊
