Staff are pleasant. I love the convenience of making an appointment it's better than waiting an hour at other locations (ahem* murdoch joondalup wembley bentley). Shame on the reviewer who complained about the phone ~ everybody knows that most businesses in Katanning are single-staffed at lunchtime. Do you actually expect them to answer a phone call whilst they have a needle in someone's arm? *eye roll*

Slow, you have to book even when fasting. Drug screening can only be done during certain times and they don't answer phones during lunch. The place is a joke. The only reason they are there is because there is no competition.
