The girls who work here are lovely. Big shout out to Niomi who is lovely and always willing to go the extra mile. Chantelle who works there does beautiful hair and has always done beautiful extensions for me. I would recommend coming here if you want friendliness, professionalism and competitive prices within the salon.

Went in today for a mens hair cut as it was the only hairdresser in the mall without a wait (I know why now). Started off well with washing my hair which was not asked for, then a very fast hair cut even though the store was dead. The end result showed the speed of service as it turned out shorter then asked for and around the ears were not the same length and cut well above my ear.nnTo add insult to injury I was charged $3.50 for the hair wash stating it was a covid 19 protocol (no other hair dresser does this charge), when I asked were did it state that extra cost? After the staff looked all around the counter it was on a shelf to the right hand side out of view to any customer. Seems like this is a common thing to for this store to over charge customers after reading the reviews, guess you need to charge extra when you have such incompetent staff considering they wouldn't have repeat customers.

Went in for a hair wash and dry off 2 days ago under the impression that it was going to cost me around $20 but when I went up to pay I got told I had to pay almost $30 more because the apprentice doing my hair used a brush in one section of my hair while blowdrying it and was now classified as a full blow dry even though my hair was still partly wet. The apprentice had stopped using the brush as soon as when she was told that I’d need to be charged extra if she continued to use it but the senior decided to charge me for it anyway.nnThis isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here and should have learned the first time not to come back.nDo not recommend and won’t be coming back again.
