Just Cuts Shellharbour

Would love to see better pensioner rates. 37.00 WAS a lot for a quick cut (no hair washing etc)nHaving said that, i had a very good and experienced cutter. We enjoyed a nice chat and giggle!!nThank youud83dude0aud83dudc4c

I go to just cuts for hair cuts and washing. It is such a treat to have my hair washed at an affordable price and by a hairdresser who is gentle with my thick hair. I can recommend Angela who is amazing and friendly. I am happy to see she is there I can trust I will have a good experience.

I provided feedback to Just Cuts regarding their Shellharbour location via their website 10 days ago and have heard nothing back. So I am posting my feedback here. My experience was very poor. A response to my feedback would have been greatly appreciated.nnSubmitted on 10/11/20 via Just Cuts website:nHi, I wanted to provide some feedback from an experience at your Shellharbour location. Yesterday I checked myself in for a haircut and was told by one of the hairdressers that it would be a 20-25 min wait, the check-in kiosk also provided the same timeframe. I received a confirmation text that i was in line on my phone. I waited 1 hour before approaching the counter again and asked if I was still in line as I had checked in an hour ago, the same hairdresser replied saying I would still be in line and it wouldn't be much longer. No other comment as to ask for my details or to give me some idea of approximate time. I had been putting off eating lunch as I didn't want to miss the haircut, and was starving at this point. I then waited another half an hour. I had to go at this point as I have a baby who was being cared for and couldn't leave them much longer. I returned to the counter, a different hairdresser spoke to me, I advised i needed to go, she made an apology which i accepted, and I provided my name as I left so they could take me off the wait list. I have been to this location several times before and the service has been satisfactory and the wait times approximate to the time given. I don't know why it was different this time, more information could have been provided. It wasted my time, if i knew the wait would be more than 90 mins, I would have had the choice to return another day, if they were busy, their honesty would have been appreciated.

My last haircut here 2 weeks ago was awful, the lady took at least 10cm more off then what I wanted and ive been left looking like mrs Brady from the Brady Bunch. My first haircut here roughly a year ago, the woman cutting my hair was talking about how she has her own hairdressing buisness in Jamberoo i should go to and she was so worried her boss would hear her attempt to steal her bosses clients that she was not focusing on my hair properly and i walked out with all different lengths, it was a disaster to say the least. She was also brushing my head so hard that it was sore for a few days afterwards. After my recent experience i felt the need to post this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
