Came into store to find a few very old and hard to find DVDS - Rhiannon and Emma were absolutely incredible and really helped me find what I was looking for and more!! They let me know about all the different ways they can help me find hard to get dvds and were just so kind. Extremely happy with the team and will be coming here again!!
staff stood around gossiping.nboxes half unpacked blocking isles.nI was the only person in storenand after hunting up and down the isles looking for the genre I was after.ngave up .nfinally approached the two female staff but had to wait . I felt I was disturbing their private social time.nno customer service at all.
The staff are very polite and always up for a good chat. Their ability to resolve an issue a customer has is exceptional
I love sanity because I can get every movie I ask for with no problems.
I went there & the lady behind the counter sold me the wrong DVD & I had to go back the next day to correct it. That's why it get's 2 stars.
