Very rude staff. Lack customer service skills. I recommend other bottle shops in the area with descent and respectful salespeople. I believe descent training (with focus on customer service skills) is needed for the rude woman in this store. Would never go there again and wouldn't recommend.

Expensive and rude.nThe Asian fellow who works night shifts there has a real attitude problem. Avoid this place and just go to BWS on the other side of railway instead - just 4 mins walk.nThe pricing is obscure, the place seems fairly dirty as well

Worst staff ever seen..

Good if they did not close the door leaving few people outside who were on the queue for about 5 minute. Good place and lots of potential to do good business if staff knows about customer service
