I've been going to this salon for a while now. The first time I met Sarah and she did my hair..I knew she was the bomb... and she's the reason why I go back. She always does everything great.nIt's always manic when I go and they are always so busy but I understand why... its worth it.. my colour is always on point by Sarah. Today another lady cut my hair, she did a great job. And to end it with the fabulous blow dry by Ash. My hair looks amazing!!!nThis time I also got an eyebrow wax. Great job too.nSuper happy all round.nLadies... you all work so hard to deal and work with every customer in the most efficient way you can. And extremely helpful. Rude hairdresser with attitude she has no manners, treats all her staff helpers bad. she did my hair and it was not what I wanted, toner went away in 3 washes. not the colour I requested. Would never give this place another visit. as I felt so sorry for all her trainee working there. She should know better as we live in Australia not in a 3rd world country! Everyone should respect and remember that once she was a trainee also!

I don't understand how you people do business. I walked in today there was hardly any customers I asked for package 1. The lady seemed so rude and said we are busy come back I'm 2 hrs. When no one was there the seat was empty.nThis is ridiculas. Bad customer service. What is the point of having a hair saloon when u can't deliver. Extremely angry.

At the beginning, I was a little bit worried about going there because of some reviews. But my experience was great. Both hairdressers made me feel good and the final result was everything I was looking for and maybe better because they advise me well about the treatment I should get.nI recommend them and I will comeback.

Please read reviews and don't visit here. Very bad place no one is concerned about customers needs. I went for full head foils but the colour is not even visible it looks like i haven't done any colour. I feel foolish visiting there even after reading reviews. I would give them 0 star.
