I feel like the escalator has always been broken. I’d missed buses in multiple occasions because of it. Transperth Buses can’t afford to delay an extra minute for the commuters to walk up the ramp, but Transperth can afford months (or perhaps years) of delay to repair an escalator....#irony

The staff are very rude

It's a train and bus station that functions as you would expect. Escalator is usually broken.
