I've popped into here a handful of times and every time, staff have been incredibly helpful and patient.

I left Hurstville store, shaken n held back my tears. I was served by a very rude n arrogant chinese man!nI drove to Miranda store,n was served by Noelene. She was an angel, she was patient n she s very kind. She listen n help solve my problem. I will from now come to Miranda store. Thank you so much for your prompt kind service.

3 staff on, 1 serving a customer the other 2 on the online chat. I was the only customer waiting. An elderly couple entered and went directly to one of the ladies doing the online chat. She proceeded to help the customer with out acknowledging i was there first. The other staff doing the online chat walks out to go on her break no acknowledgement. I must be invisible. Not great service so i left

Staff here is knowledgeable and honest, I have been there a few times asking all sorts of questions, and all of them were answered.nThe only down side is it’s a popular shop, but seems always short in number of service staff, could take long to wait
