We met Caryn as a referral, but we were glad we took up that recommendation. There is no perfect timing in this kind of event.nWe were just talking to Caryn about some planning when it happened.nBut despite her already scheduled events, she's very accommodating to us, tending to our needs timely. She even accommodated our request to have a mini church-service at the viewing night. Overall the process went smoothly till the burial site ceremony notwithstanding on-and-off challenging weather. In the end we felt she provided us with everything we asked for, which is reflected in our rating.nWe definitely recommend her service to unload much of the management burden of any family left by the passing of their loved ones. You can do all the mourning and settling down, and she would do the rest.

Words cannot Express how wonderful Caryn and Phil were, from the very first phone call, we knew that we found the very best person to care for our mother. Wow, couldn't help us enough, went above and beyond our expectations. Really caring, lovely lady and very artistic...spent hours designing and building a lilly pad with flower urn for our mother's ashes to be placed within and sent out to sea. We highly recommend Something Beautiful Remains, Caryn and Philip were there every step of the way, always offering to do more.... Caryn & Phil were a real blessing & comfort to my Family & I, with the recent passing of our mum, they were very respectful of how mum would have wanted things and the amazing woman she was. Having just lost our mother and then having to grieve and organise a funeral at the same time was just too much to bare. Caryn and Phil made this process so much easier. The family were absolutely overwhelmed with how perfect the day went, down to the very last detail. Throughout the week Caryn was ontop of everything, extremely organised, making sure it all came together. She even made time to call and just chat making sure we were ok.
