Decent cut in the end and happy with the hairdressernBut customer service was pretty bad leading up to appointment and at arrival. Late opening the shop so was waiting. And then I was made feel unwanted

Guilietta really listened to what I wanted, I got a layered cut with dramatic side fringe and half head of foils with toner. They do foils the front to back way, so make sure you tell her if you mostly wear your hair up, do not do the very front foil or you will end up with a stripe. All the staff were very friendly and inviting. They gave me coffee while I waited. I enjoyed getting my hair cut here, thanks team ud83dude0a

Tried this once and will never come back. I booked myself for an appointment but the salon was closed on the day of the appointment. Rang them and reminded staff that I had an appointment and paid a deposit as required the day before. Staff said they were just running late - had to wait for 30mins. Was asked to pay in cash instead of EFTPOS after the service. Not professional at all. Not happy with the service. Customer is not required to pay a deposit at all in any salon - this is the only one that asks for a deposit before the service is rendered!

Do NOT go here. The roughest treatment I’ve ever received from a hair dresser. I’m not convinced she is certified. My hair is now like a ginger zebra (despite choosing ‘copper’ highlights) and the terrible blow dry left me with some bad tizzy fuzz. The hairdresser went for a coffee with her friend while my foils were left in and I’m convinced my hair was over bleached because of it. A head massage was clearly out of the question and she used her hands to essentially rip through my hair the whole time. It was like she created knots and then ripped them out. I felt like my head was basically slapped repeatedly for 3 hours. And the ‘trim’... well she straightened my head, applied ONE snip across the bottom of my hair and said ‘done!’ Shocking...
