Dear Owner,nnI Honestly had my experience of getting cut hair was absolutely pathetic been cutting my hair for the last 20 years in Fairfield area no one rushes the fade cuts as fast some of your staff publicly the short fat dude with the long beard charged me premium price and toke 15 mins for the hair cut also his friends kept coming up to me him rushing him to get theirs cuts so he basically rushed one side of the head wasn't faded and one was higher then the other side of the side.nnNext time please if you going to take premium price your barbers should take at least minimum 30 mins to fade per customers hair cut or else charge less in price its ridiculous.nnI hope you take this into consideration into feedback for your business and make some changes asap.nnThank younnMartin

Poor customer service and inexperienced employees.?An incorrect hair cut taking 15 mins and costing $35 when the agreed value got changed from $30, it is appalling to have a service like this when business needs to be very sharp.The hair barber forgot the I was paying his wages and told me what style of haircut I should have! Train people for great customer service before you employ them!
