I got a hair cut today and was very happy about the services: on time, polite, professional, reasonable price and understanding the needs of customers. The male gave me a lovely short hair cut and the female fixed my blowdry style at the end.nnHowever, there came a lady who had a job interview at the salon today. The owner should not give her a try on my hair. She splashed the water over my face and didnot dry my ears and face after washing my hair. Her blowdry did not make me happy as well.nnAll in all, I still grade 5 stars for this salon cos the great job they have done and highly recommend this place for everyone.

Ruined my wife’s birthday. We booked an appointment 4 days in advance for 10 am, waited till 10:50 and then the lady tells my wife she will just colour this other lady’s hair and then get to my wife. When my wife said no because she has a kid at home she needs to take care of, they are like we can’t guarantee the time and we left after wasting all this time. Why didn’t you say that when you booked the appointment, zero courtesy and has the nerve to then shout at my wife who is pregnant. Shouldn’t be in business if you can’t respect others time and be courteous. Atleast phone or sms people who have an appointment to let them know of potential delays, other peoples time is just as precious infact in this case way more.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDERSTAFFED is all I can say! First of all booked an appointment 3 days in advance. Upon reaching on time, I was asked to wait...waited for 40 mins. Even after that the hairdresser attended to another person who came after me. When I questioned her on why was my service being delayed though I booked an appointment well in advance and was there on time, I was bluntly given a response stating ‘we do not account for exact time’. I said if I have to wait longer I’m leaving upon which she said you have to wait some more. I left the salon.nWhy book an appointment if you do not have the capacity? Who waits for 40 mins and additional time after booking an appointment? I wouldn’t have minded 10-15 mins wait but 40 mins!nTo be honest they don’t even deserve one star!
