The dermatologist took unkindly to my request for the skin cancer to be removed with as little scarring as possible. He manhandled me from reception to the gate outside. This was frightening and totally unexpected from a so called professional.

It was so good to go to a specialist where I felt listened to and acknowledged by the consultant. I have seen the doctor on two occasions with remarkable results. I am so very pleased with the service and care I have received. I can honestly say that the whole patient experience has been outstanding. Thank you Loftus St Dermatology.

I have been a patient of Grant's for a number of years and have been well treated on every occasion. We have developed a sound relationship where I feel I can trust his judgement and advise. Keep up the great work on this wretched body bag I live in!!

I have seen both Dr Ricciardo and Dr Masel and they are both wonderful, caring doctors. The staff are also lovely and made me feel at ease during the biopsy that i had. Oh- and great magazines in the waiting room! - Steve

Made an appointment and they were shut at the time of my booking and all I got was a recorded message machine. I guess I'll have to book elsewhere to have my cancerous moles removed. Keep up the great work
