Dr Duncan-Smith came highly recommended to me and I can see why - I wanted to have the absolute best surgeon and after my experience I would definitely recommend him too. He explained the procedure and likely results thoroughly and addressed all my questions, his manner put me at ease and made me feel confident that I had chosen the right surgeon. Three weeks post surgery and I am so happy with my results! Also must mention the support staff at his offices, who were lovely to deal with and very prompt at responding to my emails and phone requests.

I Can’t recommend Mark highly enough. The time and care he took to discuss my needs and answer my questions was fantastic. There were no surprises in my procedure everything had been covered and my results have been completely life changing. They have exceeded any expectations I had. Mark you are a truly talented man. Thank you so very much for your wonderful care and skill. Your support team of Practice Nurse and office staff have all provided a top service creating a very positive experience.

From the first phone call to the Practice, I received a professional, warm and friendly manner. The girls worked out the account with my health fund and Medicare, so I knew exactly what costs I was up for. I found Dr Duncan-Smith a very caring, sympathetic and confident Doctor. He was very thorough explaining my surgery from the beginning, in the hospital pre and post operation, and follow up checks. The surgery itself went perfectly, as discussed, the nursing staff at the Mount hospital were fantastic, and I am extremely happy with the results, which even at this early stage, have been quite life changing. I can not recommend highly enough Dr Duncan-Smith, fantastic Doctor!

I can highly recommend Mark Duncan-Smith as a surgeon, I found him to be very professional but also friendly and caring. His Staff are also lovely. I had no problems with my surgery and the recovery time was as explained to me. I am extremely happy with my results and would definitely recommend Mark and his team to anyone.
