The woman in there is lovely and very helpful albeit don't get served by the guy in the turban, he is super arrogant and very unhelpful.

Bad customer service. The man responded that he did not understand some questions. Because correspondence is bad,I want do not use anymore

. The old guy who seems to run the show cant speak English properly, even after repeating yourself 2-3 times he cant comprehend. Auspost says the package is there , tracking says its there , but old man cant find it and says wait 15 minutes I need to go speak to a driver ( for unrelated issue ) .customer service is poor . joke post avoid this headache if possible
