Terry was in charge of cutting and doing the permanent straightening for me. He treated my hair carefully and gently and did exactly what I wanted. The whole team was also very happy and friendly.nnNow after washing my hair, it still feels so straight, soft and shiny.nThe price is reasonable at $250 for both cutting and straightening provided and recommended to you before the treatment started. I had cut and colour done and it was a perfect experience. They understood what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for.nn1. The colour was even and there were no streaks. I received the exact shade of brown I requested from the colour chart. It was ash brown and not brassy at all. It blended with my regrowth.nn2. They were efficient. They didn’t leave me waiting while they tried to squeeze in other customers.nn3. The haircut was exactly what I asked for. They gave me long layers, without cutting extra length.nnMy hairdressers name was Taki? I think? She was really great, I think she just understood what people look for (i.e. not orange toned hair). I would definitely come back for her.nnI haven’t washed it yet so I don’t know how the colour will hold up, but Taki? knew I understood that ash colour naturally will fade.
