I booked for an appointment at 2pm. I called in the morning to reschedule for 3.30pm. They said it was fine and rescheduled me. I turn up at 3.30pm and the shop is closed. No calls to let me know or anything. Completely unprofessional and utter waste of my time. Never coming back here again!

I have been coming to this hair dresser for long time. Booking is essential. I find the team to be very good. Sometimes running late but take that into account, and it's fine.

Initially it was good, good customer service, and pretty decent hair style. Then the waiting time became longer and longer, 20, 30, 40 minutes even with the booking. Last time I went I waited for an entire hour and my spot was booked, and I didn't get any notification, the staff members didn't even know how to do customer service. Total waste of time.

Its a great place to do your haircut if you speak their language
