Where do I start from?nI booked an appointment for haircut.nThe guy asked me what number clipper should he use. I told him that I would prefer scissors. He was like oh it is your lucky day as we have a scissor expert with us.nThe “scissors expert” walks in and asked what I want. I explained the cut I was looking for and the “scissors expert” straight away reached out to the clippers and asked do I mind if they use clippers!nnThe whole experience was painful. I asked the person if they can get me a little volume as I have thinning hair. Reply was “we cannot create volume”. Yeah right but can’t you try some layering and all? If that is not possible can you say the same thing with a smile?nnStraight long faces, I tried to strike a conversation but no luck. I felt like I am in a correctional facility and have done something terribly wrong.nnI chose this place because it is owned by an individual and not by a corporate I guess. Usually in such cases people are passionate about their craft. But not in this case.nCreating a fancy website or decor won’t get you returning customers, expertise in your craft and customer service will.nI will never go back to this place. If they are the last salon on planet earth, I will start shaving my head but will never sit in that chair ever again.
