Great liquor shop, my local actually. Staff member Jimmy is a super star, always friendly and happy to help. He makes my experience in store amazing each time I go.nnHis knowledge and retail experience is what separates him. Keep up the good work Jim.

Rhianna or whatever her name is . The absolute worst person to ever grace such a fine establishment. The other team members are the absolute best people to deal with. She is useless ignores customers, leaves the shop to hang with her bf and then lets him behind the counter to be there when there is a line of about 15 people waiting to be served. She is useless

Pretty standard fare chain bottle shop, range is pretty much just the usual mainstream and premium beers/ciders with a decent enough selection of wine and spirits.nnThis Liquorland in particular either doesn't have enough wages to cover its sales or is poorly managed. Frequently during peak periods, especially Saturdays, shelves are always near empty or extremely messy. Not sometimes - Always. I've seen better from this chain.nnThe team aren't unfriendly and generally try their best but I get the feeling they lack support and training here. A shame as you can't argue with the convenient location. You've got the resources to do better.

Waiting for 8 minutes to buy 1 bottle of wine while 2 staff members, with access to 2 POS terminals, failed to handle more than 1 customer at once.nnThere's only been a few times where I've actually been able to get through checkout fast. Other times I've had to wait 20+ minutes to even get into the store at 7pm, accompanied by a small crowd of other confused customers.nnLack of training or lack of common sense, who knows.
