Spotlight Munno Para

Had been looking for a clock like this for ages and for some reason hadn’t checked spotlight. I was able to see on their website they had one in stock. Finding it was another thing as they were all piled together so I had to sort through them which is hard for bulky delicate items. Other visits have been good, I’ve been given great directions by some staff and other staff have sent me in the completely wrong direction.

Big store, very popular on weekends.

Spotlight are clearly understaffed. They must be. No decent person would make a person wait on phone hold for the Manchester dept for 19 minutes and then hang up the phone without answering... you might think, whoops it was an accident, it could happen to anyone... yes this is true. BUT it happened again yesterday, only this time I took down some names. Brooke answered and put me through, and after 40 minutes (no exaggeration) they hung up on me without answering again. I called back and Brooke apologized, then put Ange on the phone who assisted. When I asked Ange if I could rain check an item, she said she’d ask her manager and put me back on hold for a further 18 minutes. I just couldnt hold any longer and abandoned the call. Spotlight, sort yourselves out, this is terrible customer service!

I absolutely love Spotlight. They have a good craft section. Actually the whole store seemed to be well stocked. I was able to buy all that I needed. Unfortunately I didn't have time to keep browsing.
