I got a cut from Jae and I absolutely love her work. She was super friendly, considerate, and very accommodating even from the booking process.nShe was attentive to all my concerns/problems and I really adore how she styled my hair. She even gave me great tips and advice on how to manage/maintain for my hair type/style.nI would definitely come back to Jae for anything -- cut, dye, or perm in the future as I felt she really tries to understand and provide the best service for the customer. Without a doubt, I would strongly recommend Mona! My hair is difficult to cut and many hairdressers simply don't pay attention to the subtleties. That's not the case with Mona as she has an eye for detail. Every time I've had a haircut with her, she has gone above and beyond to provide an outstanding haircut and I walk out the door looking and feeling absolutely fantastic.

I went in for a hair cut and wanted short layers. The stylist (Sarah) made me wait for 30 mins and eventually when she got to me, she was all chatty and nice and started cutting my hair. I assumed she knew what she was doing. Ultimately when I came home, I noticed that she had made a complete mess of my hair. The hair at the back in the middle was cut shorter than the hair in front of it and there was absolutely no symmetry whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend this salon! Absolute rubbish!

AMAZING! I love this salon. Visited today and I left there feeling like a new woman. A great experience from start to finish.
