I have never been to a hairdresser that fully understands my hair needs, then I met caprice. She is absolutely amazing and will listen to exactly what I am asking for and go above and beyond for all her clients. I recommend her to every single person! Shes the most gifted hairdresser in all of Newcastle!

Caprice did a colour, cut, treatment and blow dry on my hair and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Very professional and came across very genuine and down to earth! My hair turned out even better then I had expected! My hair feels super healthy and has a brilliant shine to it now!! I am highly impressed and will definitely continue to see caprice for all of my hair needs.

Staff making unprofessional comments about people not present in the studio and questioning customers on inappropriate or irrelevant matters putting them in uncomfortable positions in which they are forced to answer negatively about the issues.
