I DO NOT RECOMMENDnnI thought I would treat myself to a spa pedicure today at Mystique... Never Again.nnNot only was the owner Michelle down right rude but she overcharged me even after I had called prior to confirm the pricing.nnI have never had such a horrible experience in a salon before!nn- None of my dead skin was removedn- Michelle cut/burnt me with the exfoliantn- I didn’t receive a massagen- There was fluff left all over my toesn- I had left over exfoliant left on my heelsn- The pedicure bowl was dirty and had a long black hair in the bubbles *that were overflowing*n- The polish looked absolutely terrible. *I asked for a thick french tip and looking at the photos is not what I received. Not to mention the left over polish on my skin.nnI wasn’t even asked if I was happy with the end result!nnI have kept photos as evidence.nnI was refused a refund of $65.nDO NOT GO HERE.nn* I wore thongs before and after my pedicure - thongs don’t rub off polish *

Do not go here! My sister just went here yesterday and they have destroyed her hair beyond repair! She asked for a bleach and colour and her hair is now falling out in big chunks from carelessly leaving it in too long! The colour is awful 3 different colours and the bottom of her hair is just white from the bleach. She had asked for a refund and the owner has said there isn’t a refund policy but have damaged her hair beyond repair so it should be voided they offered no help how they could let someone leave their salon like this and take there money is beyond me! My sister asked her to ring her and she did not even have the decency to ring or professionalism.

Had my hair done yesterday awesome job. Such friendly staff.
